Role
Regional Partner Manager– Philippines
  • Focus territories: Philippines
The individual will play a leading role in alignment with the Partner strategy of Anaplan Philippines serving as the Partner GTM lead to support Sales leaderships and teams, as well as strategic partnership building and development to reach growth objectives and ensure full alignment to set goals.
Responsibilities
  • The core role coverage will be to grow partner-led revenue (primarily with regional system integrators)
  • Build partner-sourced pipeline: Aggressively identify and drive new/incremental opportunities with regional system integrators identified in respective countries
  • Define clear strategic partners alignment to support sales, increase wallet-share in accounts and by origination, secure new customers.
  • Onboard and build regional system integrators that are focused on joint-GTM and demand generation, including identifying joint business opportunity and mutually agreed business plans
  • Facilitate executive sponsorship to build close collaboration and to support key business stakeholders across Philippines.
  • Develop good knowledge of Anaplan offerings and services to expand partners portfolio, creating differentiated joint solutions that broaden and deepen core-focused market coverage, building incremental revenue growth.
  • Continuously review and develop partnership engagements/services metrics, monitor
    performance, and implement appropriate plans to attain continued results
Aptitude
  • Lead by example, advocate and set appropriate expectations to foster strong collaboration of Anaplan teams with go-to-market partners.
  • Provide effective leadership and management to ensure partners are highly engaged and delivering to KPIs set.
  • Ensure active communication of vision, priorities and progress to the business to foster engagement, awareness and motivation.
  • Ensure the provision of ongoing investment and development of partner resources; build up skilled and qualified quality customer successes.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement and sharing best practice.
  • Awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework in which the partners operates and ensuring adherence to Anaplan's policies and procedures requirements and compliance relevant to the role.
Ideal Candidate
  • Deep knowledge of Regional System Integrators landscape, including market and business specific knowledge for Philippines
  • SaaS solutions experience
  • Experience in direct sales and/or building/growing partner ecosystem
  • Proven track record in establishing successful growth business
  • Reputation as a thought leader and solid communicator of business value
  • Strong connector, collaborative and teamwork
Qualifications And Experience
  • Total of 10+ plus years in technology with at least 8 years of experience in sales and/or partner management
  • Deep knowledge of the targeted territories’ Regional System Integrators landscape, including markets, solutions and GTMs
  • Possess an outstanding track record of success in selling SaaS solutions
  • Solid reputation as a thought leader and solid communicator of business value
  • Proven track record of leading activities related to establishing and growing business
  • BA/BS required, MBA desirable
  • Travel will be required
