Join us as a Boomi Renewals Representative on our Renewals team in Sydney to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.Key Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to effectively drive optimal renewal rates
- Prepare, process and track renewal Opportunities and Quotes and contracts, ensuring accuracy in Salesforce
- Drive, forecast and secure on-time renewals to meet or exceed revenue and retention targets, including price increases and multi-year contracts
- Partner with the Account Team (CSM and Account Manager) to assess account health, address customer issues, and identify renewal-driven upsell opportunities
- Work closely with the Account Team along with Finance, Legal and Operations to ensure a smooth renewal process
Essential Requirements- Prior experience working in Renewals, Account Management, Operations or Customer Success role within Software or Technology Sales
- Experience using Salesforce.com
- Attention to detail and processes are imperative; Team Player with collaborative mindset
- Track record of over-achieving goals/quota in past positions
- Strong math, written and verbal communications skills
Preferable- Software sales experience in software-as-a-service (SaaS)
