Responsibilities:
- Understanding the collateral documents against credit facilities availed by borrower from MMBL.
- Understanding of property documents (Sale Deed, Mortgage Deed, General Power of Attorney, Fard & Inteqal etc.)
- Understanding of credit facilities like House Finance, Running Finance, Vehicle Finance and Agri Loans etc.
- Experience of collection, safe keeping & handling of Post Dated Cheques (PDCs) as provided by customer as collateral.
- Ensure collection & safe keeping of Loan Security documents like Charge Documents, Legal Documents, Title Deeds of property & insurance documents etc. in line with Bank’s policies & manuals
- Handling the registration of vehicle documents (Registration Book, Smart Card, Sale Certificate, Purchase invoice, ETO Registration Slip etc.).
- Release of loan security documents upon complete & final adjustment of Loans to branches.
- Assist in post disbursement CBCs and raise early warning signs to trigger prompt interventions. Assist in conducting the Inspection, Audits and other assignments as required.
- Propose & implement the finalized ideas for automation and digitizing the functional requirements to increase efficiency.
- Timely Reporting of pending collateral documents to branches.
- Any other tasks assign from Line Manager and Head of Department.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Hold at least bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or Economics.
- Minimum three months experience as intern with any bank in Credit Administration Department for better understanding of credit management.
- Understanding of Credit/Collateral Administration
- Good analytical research and documentation review skills
- Good planning and team playing skills
- Efficient in MS Office skills (Emphasis on Excel & Word)
- Excellent presentation skills
