Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other disciplines related with business from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
- Relevant professional certifications preferred.
- Age: Up to 55 Years as of April 20, 2026.
- Experience: Minimum 9 - 12 years of experience in HR, Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Trainings or related functional areas, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
- Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing HR function and cross functional teams.
Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the Bank's Training & Development strategy aligned with business and human capital priorities.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis and design targeted learning interventions to address capability gaps.
- Oversee delivery of comprehensive learning programs, including leadership, functional, compliance, digital, and behavioral training.
- Drive blended and digital learning initiatives through LMS, e-learning platforms, and modern learning solutions.
- Use analytics to measure training effectiveness, impact and return on investment.
- Partner with senior leadership and stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business objectives.
- Develop leadership pipelines and support executive coaching and talent development programs.
- Manage L&D budget, external partnerships, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Lead and develop the Training & Development team to deliver high-quality learning across the Bank.
