Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience in the banking sector; digital or fintech experience is an advantage
- Hands-on expertise in financial modeling, business intelligence tools is an advantage
- Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proven record of translating data into actionable insights.
- Excellent presentation skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
- Proficiency in business performance management software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and relevant data analytics platforms.
Minimum experience:- 5 years of experience in strategy, digital banking, or financial services.
