A well known Arabic restaurant in Dubai offering a fusion of Middle East cuisine and shisha experiences
Job Description:
- Oversee daily operations of dining area, shisha lounge (flavor quality, shisha presentation & consistency), and breakfast service.
- Optimize workflow during peak breakfast hours
- Deliver a high-end customer experience aligned with brand.
- Monitor daily sales, P&L, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Male, 48 years old and below, with a background in F&B/Hospitality, including Shisha Lounge operations, hotel-style dining, and café service in Dubai
- Experienced in leading Front-of-House (FOH) teams
- Strong expertise in P&L management, cost control, and sales strategies
- Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer service excellence
Salary:
AED 13,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
