This position is responsible for leading and managing all security operations to ensure the safety of the property, guests, associates, and assets. The role encompasses surveillance, access control, risk assessment, incident management, and emergency response to maintain a secure and controlled environment. It includes supervising and guiding the security team, establishing effective protocols, and supporting overall property management in compliance with security standards and cost efficiency.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master's preferred).
Experience Required:
- At least 8 - 10 years of proven leadership experience in an international hotel chain.
Skills Required:
- Strong analytical, communication, and team management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve business results while maintaining service excellence.
- Knowledge of global hospitality trends, systems, and best practices.
