Eligibility / Qualification Required:
We are currently looking for a Consultant Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia for a leading healthcare organization in Abu Dhabi.
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supports departmental initiatives and hospital clinical governance policies.
- Participates in performance management and quality improvement initiatives.
- Works collaboratively with cardiac surgery and intensive care teams.
CLINICAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide anesthesia care for paediatric cardiac surgeries including complex congenital heart procedures.- Manage anesthesia during cardiac catheterization and transplant procedures.
- Monitor and manage critically ill paediatric cardiac patients perioperatively.
- Participate in multidisciplinary cardiac surgical team meetings.
- Supervise junior physicians and anesthesia staff.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
- Specialization in Anesthesiology
- Fellowship in Paediatric Cardiac Anesthesia preferred
- TIER 1 Qualification as per Abu Dhabi PQR
- Minimum 5 years post-specialization experience in cardiac anesthesia
- Valid DOH License or eligibility
