Eligibility / Qualification Required:
The Relationship Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets, focusing on deposits solely from NTB customers, and cross-selling banking products while ensuring compliance with Shariah guidelines and maintaining high service quality standards.
- Tag and manage a portfolio based on employee ID, enabling account opening in any branch.
- To open valued accounts on monthly basis with an average balance of Rs >50k each as per assigned KPIs.
- Ensure the proper input of sales pipeline and customer profiling using the provided Sales Management Platform (SMP).
- Maintain and update sales management logs, including call reports, pipeline management reports, and scorecards.
- Attend daily morning huddles led by the Branch Manager.
- Conduct regular sales calls and visits as per prevailing SMP guidelines in order to engage with customers.
- Timely support to operations for the submission of AOFs and ensure KYC regime is updated and in compliance with best practices.
- Uphold Shariah compliance in all banking activities in case of Islamic Branches.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Participate in relevant training sessions.
- Represent the bank professionally, ensuring adherence to the dress code and overall presentation.
- Maintain a sufficient level of product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries and needs.
- Follow the bank's code of conduct.
