Eligibility / Qualification Required:
The ideal candidate will bring solid experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations, along with the ability to partner effectively with HR stakeholders and provide disciplined, proactive support in a fast-paced environment. Job Qualifications Top Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources. Proven experience in Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations, with stronger emphasis on Employee Relations. Experience working with internal policies, case management, and HR decision-making. Strong communication skills in English, with at least B2 level proficiency (written and spoken).
