Overview
We are looking for a PMO to manage end-to-end AI and enterprise integration implementations. The role requires a mix of technical understanding, client coordination, project execution, and vendor management.
The ideal candidate should be able to work with clients, development teams, and third-party vendors while driving projects from scoping to production rollout.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical discussions and requirement gathering with clients.
- able to devise a solution to the client request problems
- Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams( IT Tech teams, Ops) and external vendors.
- Build and manage technical implementation plans, timelines, and trackers.
- Work closely with development, infrastructure, and customer success teams.
- Handle client meetings, project updates, escalations, and follow-ups professionally.
- Support AI, API, cloud, and enterprise system integration.
- Track risks, dependencies, and deployment readiness.
- Coordinate post-go-live support and issue resolution.
- Required Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, networking, and enterprise applications.
- Experience coordinating technical implementations or integrations.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical execution plans.
