About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice on the other end when riders need help. You'll handle incoming calls with a calm, confident approach—solving problems, answering questions, and turning rough rides into smooth experiences. Whether you're helping someone find their driver or resolving a payment issue, you’ll be making a real impact every day.
Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls from riders
- Troubleshoot issues with app functionality, rides, or payments
- Deliver helpful, friendly, and on-brand support with every interaction
- Guide users step-by-step to find solutions fast
- Keep accurate records of interactions and issues
- Maintain a positive and proactive attitude—even on tough days
- Work with teammates and supervisors to share feedback and improve processes
Qualifications

- Empathy, patience, and professional communication skills
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
- Ability to multitask across systems while keeping your customer first
- Experience in customer service, rideshare support, retail, or hospitality is a plus
- Flexibility to work different shifts

- 18+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work on-site at our Pittsburgh, PA office
