Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum Qualification: Matriculation or equivalent
• Experience Preference: Preference shall be given to candidates having experience of working in Law Enforcement Agencies, Armed forces / Civil Armed Forces.
• Candidates belonging to Law enforcement agencies & intending to apply must have good standing with a clean service record.
• Must be medically fit and of sound mental health.
• Must not be affiliated with any political party.
• Must not be retired on medical grounds.

Physical Standard:

• FOR MALE:
  • Height: 5 feet and 7 inches
  • Chest: 33 x 34 ½ inches
• FOR FEMALE:
  • Height: 5 feet and 1 inch

Age Limit:

• 18 - 45 Years.
• Relaxation of upper age limit including 05 years general relaxation over and above the prescribed age limit shall also be admissible under the Initial Appointment to Civil posts (Relaxation of Upper Age Limit) Rules, 1993.

Other Details:

• No. of Vacancies: 20 (on contract basis for a period of 03 years with pay and allowances equivalent to BS-07) (Extendable in case of satisfactory performance)
• Domicile: Merit
• Place of Posting: Liable to serve anywhere in the country.

• The contract of the officials so appointed shall be further extendable on the basis of satisfactory performance and with the approval of the Authority.
• The Authority reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies or cancel the recruitment process altogether at any stage without assigning any reason(s).
