As a Pursuits and Proposals Manager within our Markets team, you'll play a critical role in helping PwC win and grow key client engagements. Working alongside partners, directors, and pursuit teams across the firm, you'll lead complex proposal and bid processes from qualification through to submission and debrief. You'll combine strategic thinking, project management excellence, and compelling storytelling to help our teams bring their best ideas to market and deliver differentiated client solutions. This is a full-time, fixed-term contract role providing parental leave cover for a 6-month period in Auckland. Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- 7+ years' experience leading and managing complex bids, proposals, and pursuit processes within a professional services or B2B environment
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines
- Proven ability to develop compelling client-focused value propositions, proposal content, and presentation materials
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and coaching senior leaders
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to challenge constructively and drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment
