Are you looking to work with legal advice at the intersection of family law and business law? At PwC Legal in Aarhus, you get the opportunity to advise business owners and their families on wills, prenuptial agreements, enduring powers of attorney, and assistance in probate – in close collaboration with tax experts and auditors. Become part of PwC Legal's generational transfer team. Generational transfer is a core service at PwC Legal, and we work closely with colleagues in tax and auditing. Our clients are business owners, and we solve complex family and inheritance law issues in collaboration with experts in corporate law and tax law. You will be part of an engaged team in Aarhus – in a dynamic house with over 550 employees, many events, and a strong interdisciplinary community.
Work with legal advice on generational transfer and family and inheritance law. In this position, you will be responsible for independent case management and client meetings for clients needing advice on family and inheritance law matters. You will collaborate closely with generational transfer experts in corporate law and tax law and participate in client meetings with auditors and tax advisors, where you will be responsible for the legal interdisciplinary aspect. Your tasks will therefore be to:
- Advise clients on wills, prenuptial agreements, and enduring powers of attorney.
- Assist auditors and tax advisors with sparring in probate administration and handle and answer complex family and inheritance law questions.
- Prepare complicated document drafts and review work from other colleagues.
- Participate in interdisciplinary client meetings with auditors and tax experts.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Bring your experience in family and inheritance law into play. We are looking for an advisor with many years of relevant experience in generational transfer, family and inheritance law, and possibly probate administration. Therefore, the most important thing for us is that you:
- Have many years of experience with family and inheritance law advice, including wills, prenuptial agreements, and enduring powers of attorney.
- Thrive with independent case management and direct client contact.
- Appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration and see value in working across professional groups.
