Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Public Health, or a related discipline.

Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in nutrition programming or community health work.
- Experience working with NGOs or community-based programs is an advantage.
- Knowledge of basic nutrition concepts and community health practices.
Job Description:
Responsibilities:

- Assist in the delivery of nutrition interventions such as MUAC screening, growth monitoring, IYCF counseling, and supplementation distribution.
- Support the establishment and management of nutrition corners, community sessions, and mobile outreach activities.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of beneficiaries.
- Conduct household visits, awareness sessions, and community mobilization to promote good nutrition practices.
- Share key messages on maternal, infant, and young child nutrition (MIYCN/IYCF).
- Coordinate with community volunteers and health workers to support nutrition activities.
- Maintain accurate beneficiary records, registers, and attendance sheets.
- Support preparation of weekly and monthly activity reports.
- Share field observations and challenges with supervisors for timely action.
- Ensure that all nutrition services follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality protocols.
- Follow infection prevention and control measures at all times.
- Safely manage and report supply usage (e.g., MUAC tapes, supplements, educational materials).
