About the location: About the role As Restaurant Manager â Altura, you will lead the overall operation of Altura, the Italian Coastal all-day dining restaurant at The Park Gstaad, A Four Seasons Hotel. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you will take ownership of the restaurantâs guest experience, team leadership, operational excellence and financial performance across breakfast, lunch, dinner and terrace service. You will ensure that Alturaâs concept and service philosophy come to life consistently throughout every dining experience. With breakfast as an important part of the operation alongside all-day dining and terrace service, you will lead a diverse team and work closely with Culinary and Beverage to create warm, engaging and memorable experiences for our guests. This is a seasonal position starting in March 2027, joining our pre-opening team ahead of the hotelâs Summer 2027 opening and continuing through our first summer operating season until approximately mid-September 2027. The position is intended for candidates interested in building a long-term seasonal journey with Four Seasons in Gstaad.
