Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Qualification:
MBBS/ BDS/ MScN Msc/Bsc in Basic Health Sciences
Experience:
Minimum 9 to 10 years of relevant experience out of which 06 years in managerial role, preferably in healthcare.

Assist Head of Department primarily in JCIA related initiatives
Able to do Sindh Health Commission/Punjab Health Commission Audit
Ensure that under supervision staff perform proper analysis to identify root causes of system failures in various areas and departments.
Ensure the implementation of solutions and enhance system performance through process improvement.
Arrange training for Quality Improvement and FOCUSPDCA.
Ensure the implementation of Quality Initiative plans.
Manage Patients Complaints, Concerns & Issues:
Represent the department in different forums as per need.

Academic Qualification:
MBBS/ BDS/ MScN
Msc/Bsc in Basic Health Sciences
