What if it was you? Your mission: Our Alternatives Advisory team is growing, and we are looking for motivated and dynamic professionals excited to work in a fast‑evolving and rewarding environment. As a (Senior) Associate, you will be part of our expanding Alternatives practice, supporting clients across Private Equity, Real Estate, Infrastructure and Private Debt. You will participate in the delivery of “360‑degree solutions” for fund managers and their service providers, covering strategy, operations, processes and systems.
This includes engagements such as health checks, target operating model assessments and design, process improvement initiatives, market studies, benchmarking and vendor selection. Senior Associates will additionally take responsibility for specific workstreams and support the coaching of junior team members.
Be a part of our team where you will:- Assist in defining strategy, target operating models and designing efficient processes;
- Advise on systems and solutions based on client needs and business requirements;
- Perform market studies, benchmarking and vendor selection analyses;
- Review and support internal control functions (Risk Management, Compliance, governance);
- Prepare high‑quality client materials including presentations, analyses and training documents;
- Contribute to project delivery across areas such as organisation, project management, operations, process implementation or data analytics;
- Develop a strong expertise in the regulatory and operational framework of the Alternative Investment industry;
- Support your team in building trusted relationships and contributing to new services and solutions;
- (For Senior Associates) Mentor junior colleagues and support quality assurance of deliverables.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Let’s talk about you. If you…- Hold a degree from a University, an Engineering School or a Business School;
- Have a first experience in Consulting Services, Asset Management or Asset Servicing (+3 years experience for senior);
- Are eager to understand the key drivers and recent developments in the Alternative Investment industry, including operations, laws and regulations impacting the sector;
- Are keen to work on projects of various sizes and with diverse clients;
- Possess strong analytical skills allowing you to quickly understand problems, identify solutions and design client‑tailored recommendations;
- Are a good team player and capable of working independently or collaboratively on multiple tasks;
- Are reliable, organised, curious, rigorous and proactive, with the ability to develop client relationships over time;
- Have advanced computer skills (MS Office);
- Communicate complex ideas effectively in English, both written and oral;
- (Bonus) Speak additional languages such as French, German or Luxembourgish;
- (Bonus) Have knowledge of alternative investment‑specific software or experience with tools such as Power BI, SQL or AI;
