About the Role Our Assistant Food & Beverage Outlet Manager supports the Food & Beverage Outlet Manager in leading the daily operations of one of our Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and memorable dining experiences. You will play an active role in developing the team, driving guest satisfaction, and maintaining the high standards of quality and hospitality that define Four Seasons. What you will do: Support the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring exceptional guest service and adherence to Four Seasons standards. Lead by example by being highly visible on the floor, engaging with guests, anticipating their needs, and creating personalized dining experiences. Assist in maximizing outlet revenue through effective table management, reservation planning, and operational efficiency during peak business periods. Build lasting relationships with guests by recognizing preferences, encouraging repeat visits, and ensuring memorable experiences. Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback, concerns, and special requests, taking ownership to achieve complete guest satisfaction. Supervise, coach, and motivate the outlet team, ensuring high standards of service, product knowledge, grooming, and professional conduct. Support the planning and execution of special events, promotions, and menu initiatives in collaboration with the culinary and beverage teams. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety, and maintenance throughout the outlet by conducting regular inspections. Assist in controlling labor costs, operating expenses, purchasing, and inventory to achieve departmental financial objectives. Monitor service quality and identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and the overall guest experience. Work collaboratively with Culinary, Stewarding, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations. Participate in daily briefings, departmental meetings, and training sessions while fostering a positive and collaborative team environment. What you will bring: Previous supervisory or management experience in a luxury hotel, fine dining restaurant, or upscale Food & Beverage operation. A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and inspire a diverse team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage with guests and colleagues at all levels. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment. Financial awareness with experience supporting labor management, cost control, purchasing, and inventory. Excellent command of English; additional language skills are considered an advantage.
