Job Description / Notes:

The Senior BMS Operator is responsible for the operation, monitoring, and first-level troubleshooting of the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and energy-efficient operation of hospital facilities. The role supports HVAC, alarms, and associated systems while ensuring compliance with hospital safety standards and operational protocols.

• Operate and continuously monitor the Building Management System (BMS), including HVAC, alarms, and associated equipment.
• Respond promptly to system alarms, alerts, and faults, identify issues, and take corrective actions or escalate when required.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting of BMS panels, controllers, sensors, and field devices.
• Assist the BMS Supervisor/Engineer in preventive, corrective, and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Ensure all BMS operations comply with hospital safety, infection control, and energy efficiency standards.
