You will work from our office in Amsterdam in a close-knit team that is responsible for inflow, outflow, and throughflow. You will have a broad range of tasks and room to contribute ideas for improving work processes.
You will be part of the People Services & Inhuur team: an enthusiastic, hard-working group of colleagues where professionalism and conviviality go hand in hand. Together, you ensure that the HR administration runs smoothly and correctly. In this role, you are responsible for the administrative processing of the entire employee process, from onboarding to resignation. You process mutations, monitor the application of employment conditions, and are an important point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you identify areas for improvement and actively contribute to making our processes more efficient.
- You arrange the administrative onboarding of new employees and manage the digital personnel file.
- You handle the intake of new hire requests and maintain contact with suppliers, Corporate Legal Affairs, and Finance.
- You process HR requests via ServiceNow and handle salary, bonus, and promotion mutations, including corresponding standard letters.
- You process resignations, prepare resignation letters, and identify the end of fixed-term contracts.
- You maintain close contact with HR managers, Recruitment, Global Mobility, and Payroll.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You work accurately, know how to set priorities, and keep an overview, even when many things are happening simultaneously. You take initiative, think along about improvements, and bring a fresh perspective that the team learns from.
- MBO or HBO level of work and thinking, preferably in an HR direction.
- Work experience within an HR department is a plus.
- Fluent in Dutch and professional level English.
- Administratively strong and works structured and carefully.
- Available full-time (36 or 40 hours per week).
