FS Consulting at PwC Poland is a vibrant team of experts helping financial institutions and large corporations in Poland and beyond tackle risk management challenges - from market and credit risk to operational risk and regulatory compliance. We’re excited to share some big news: we’ve launched a new specialist group that works closely with PwC Germany’s Risk and Regulatory Practice. This team will play a key role in delivering high-impact consulting projects for Germany’s financial sector. You’ll get to collaborate directly with our German colleagues and clients and dive into cross-border projects - immersing yourself in the heart of Europe’s financial world, offering dynamic financial services careers and risk management consulting opportunities.
Your future role will involve managing the end-to-end credit process for clients and supporting regulatory reporting frameworks. You will assist clients in implementing regulations (like MaRisk) and interpreting emerging frameworks (like IReF or BIRD). This role includes analyzing credit risk changes and optimizing reporting processes to ensure compliance with evolving European regulations, supporting clients during supervisory audits conducted by ECB, Bundesbank or BaFin, and driving digitalization and optimization of credit processes. You will work hands-on with regulatory reporting tools (Abacus, BAIS) and develop programming skills (Python, R, Excel), collaborating closely with PwC Germany, building a cross-border network and learning from experts, while growing professionally in a culture that values curiosity, initiative, and continuous learning, ideal for a regulatory compliance specialist or credit risk analyst.
