Rwazi is building a global data engine that powers decision AI for leading enterprises.
This role owns the design, reliability, and evolution of that engine.
The Head of Operations is responsible for ensuring that data generation executes predictably at scale today — while systematically transforming the underlying system to reduce cost, volatility, and manual dependency over time.
This is not a traditional operations role.
It is a systems-building role with full accountability for execution outcomes and structural innovation.
This role operates under immediate, high-stakes pressure. You are expected to take control of a complex, fast-scaling system, stabilize it quickly, and drive measurable results within days — not months.

Core Mandate

You will own a single outcome:
Rwazi generates high-quality data, on time, at controlled cost — regardless of scale, geography, or complexity.
You will operate with full ownership and authority over execution outcomes.

This requires:

• Immediate stabilization of execution under active load
  
• Design of scalable execution systems across regions
  
• Continuous reduction of operational dependency through automation and system redesign
  

You are responsible for both making it work now and making it unnecessary later.
Failure to establish control and deliver results quickly will be visible immediately. This role is outcome-driven with no buffer for prolonged ramp time.

What You Will Do

1. Establish Execution Control

• Take full ownership of delivery across all deployments
  
• Eliminate backlog and restore predictable throughput immediately
  
• Build real-time visibility into performance, risk, and bottlenecks
  
• Ensure every deployment meets defined quality and timeline standards
  
• Operate under aggressive timelines and shifting constraints without loss of control
  

2. Design Scalable Execution Systems

• Build acquisition, activation, and retention systems globally
  
• Optimize throughput and reliability across markets
  
• Create repeatable playbooks for rapid geographic expansion
  

3. Build the Operating System

• Define the core mechanics that govern execution (routing, validation, escalation, recovery)
  
• Replace ad hoc processes with structured, measurable systemsIntroduce instrumentation that enables forecasting and control
  

4. Collapse Cost and Volatility

• Identify and eliminate sources of operational inefficiency
  
• Reduce dependency on manual coordination and variable inputs
  
• Improve predictability of delivery timelines and cost structures
  

5. Drive System Evolution

• Partner with the Product team to translate operational bottlenecks into product and automation
  
• Design pathways to reduce reliance on human-driven workflows over time
  
• Continuously move the system toward higher automation, lower variance, and greater scalability
  

6. Build and Lead the Function

• Hire and develop a high-performance operations team as needed
  
• Establish clear ownership, accountability, and performance standards
  
• Create a culture of execution discipline and system thinking

• Data generation becomes predictable across all deployments
  
• Backlogs are eliminated rapidly and do not recur
  
• Quality is consistently achieved without reactive intervention
  
• Cost per unit decreases as scale increases
