Applications are invited from suitable candidates against the following posts at PVARA purely on contract basis for a period of Three (03) years and extendable to further Two (02) years.
This position is for PVARA Tier 1 (Technical Cadre).
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Information Systems, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain or closely related technological discipline. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CISM, or Blockchain certifications (CBP, CBDE) shall be an added advantage.
- At least 8-10 years of experience in technology leadership, cybersecurity, or blockchain risk management, with:
- (a) Proven track record leading technology functions in financial services, fintech, or regulatory organizations.
- (b) Deep hands-on experience with Blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and cryptographic systems.
- (c) Cybersecurity expertise including threat modeling, penetration testing, and incident response.
- (d) Experience building technology infrastructure, data platforms, and analytics capabilities.
- (e) Understanding of technology governance, risk management, and regulatory requirements.

- Authority may grant a special talent allowance, up to 100% of approved pay, to individuals with rare, specialized expertise and relevant international experience.
- Pay package for the post of Managing Director will be determined in line with the market standard, internal parity and requisite qualification, competencies and experience.
