We are seeking an On-Call Massage Therapist to join the team at Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences Nashville. This role is ideal for a skilled and service-driven professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional wellness experiences in a luxury environment. What You Will Do Greet guests promptly, confirm treatments, and deliver a professional, relaxing service with the highest level of hospitality. Perform massage treatments in accordance with all licensing requirements, sanitation standards, and local regulations. Set up, maintain, and clean treatment rooms, ensuring all equipment, linens, and supplies meet quality and par standards. Prepare and reset treatment rooms efficiently between appointments, ensuring readiness for each guest. Maintain cleanliness and organization across spa facilities, including back-of-house, relaxation lounges, and locker rooms. Promote and recommend spa retail products using prescribed consultation guidelines. Provide services in alternative locations, including guest rooms or event spaces, as needed. Collaborate professionally and effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure seamless service delivery. What You Bring High School Diploma required; completion of an accredited massage therapy program with valid licensing/certification. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an upscale spa or luxury hotel environment preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-focused mindset. Ability to multitask and perform in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Proven problem-solving abilities and composure when handling challenging situations. Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English. Knowledge of Nashville and surrounding areas is a plus.
