Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Cryptography, Information Systems, AI, Data Analytics, Blockchain or closely related technological discipline. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or Blockchain certifications (CBP, CBDE) shall be an added advantage.
• Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity operations, cyber-risk management, information security, or technology risk oversight, gained within regulatory authorities, government organizations, technology firms, or international organizations, preferably with:
  • (a) Experience in cybersecurity governance and cyber-resilience, including oversight of security policies, controls, and resilience frameworks in regulated or enterprise environments.
  • (b) Practical exposure to cyber incident detection, response, and remediation, including coordination of incident-response activities and post-incident corrective actions.
  • (c) Experience in cyber-risk management and cybersecurity compliance oversight of regulated entities, including assessment of security controls and compliance readiness.
  • (d) Familiarity with cybersecurity standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST CSF, or equivalent), particularly in financial or digital-asset environments.
  • (e) Experience monitoring and overseeing remediation of cybersecurity vulnerabilities and incidents, including reporting and coordination with technical and management teams.
  • (f) Familiarity with Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) and associated cybersecurity risks (custody systems, wallets, exchanges), with strong cross-functional coordination skills.

• Authority may grant a special talent allowance, up to 100% of approved pay, to individuals with rare, specialized expertise and relevant international experience.
• Pay package for the post of Managing Director will be determined in line with the market standard, internal parity and requisite qualification, competencies and experience.
