Eligibility / Qualification Required:

  • Qualification: Minimum bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or other disciplines related with business from a HEC recognized University/Foreign University.
  • Relevant professional certifications preferred.
  • Age: Up to 55 Years as of April 20, 2026.
  • Experience: Minimum 9 - 12 years of experience in HR and/or Learning & Development, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Preferably 5 years in a senior leadership role managing organizational learning initiatives and cross functional teams.

Job Summary / Major Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic HR partner and trusted advisor to business and regional leadership on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
  • Align HR initiatives with business goals to drive performance, productivity, and operational excellence.
  • Identify talent gaps and support talent acquisition, succession planning, and capability development in collaboration with HR teams.
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Promote employee engagement, manage employee relations, and facilitate effective conflict resolution.
  • Drive change management and support organizational transformation initiatives across business units.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, governance standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Leverage HR analytics to provide insights on workforce trends and informed decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated and high-quality HR solutions.
