About the location: Four Seasons Resort Mallorca at Formentor, perched on the spectacular Formentor Peninsula and surrounded by panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the stunning landscape, first opened its doors in August 2024 following an extensive restoration and renovation of the historic property, originally inaugurated in 1929 on a vast private estate. After its successful debut, the resort will reopen to guests in March 2025, reaffirming its status as a unique destination of luxury and elegance on the island. About the role The Guest Experience Agent plays a vital role in ensuring every guest enjoys a personalized and memorable stay at our hotel. This role is focused on administrative and back-office operations, with a strong emphasis on managing guest communications through email and internal systems. This position ensures that all guest inquiries, requests, and follow-ups are handled efficiently, accurately, and in a timely manner. What you will do Manage and respond to guest communications in a timely, professional, and structured manner. Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions through written communication. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution through coordination with relevant departments. Support the organization and tracking of guest requests, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Maintain and update guest information, preferences, and operational records in internal systems. Act as a key coordination point between departments to ensure smooth execution of guest-related tasks. Support personalized guest experiences by gathering and documenting preferences, and ensuring these are shared with the operational teams.
