• Bachelor's/master’s degree in social sciences, Public Health, Development Studies, Anthropology, Sociology, Economics, or related field.Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative research and programme evaluations.

- The Data Analyst (Quantitative and Qualitative) will work closely with the Team Lead, and field teams to ensure effective integration of qualitative and quantitative findings.
- Key Responsibilities
- · Review and clean the data of the study
- · Transcribe FGDs and KIIs, develop coding framework including identification of main codes/sub codes, key themes, quotes and perform thematic analysis
- · Triangulate qualitative findings with quantitative household survey findings.
- · Prepare qualitative & qualitative summaries and key findings for inclusion in the baseline report.
- · Ensure data quality for HH survey and facility assessment (during and after data collection), produce summary/output tables, descriptive statistics and crosstabs, as per the requirements.
- · Lead data cleaning and analysis of household survey, FGD, KII and healthcare facilities data, analyze and share final report of Landscaping
