About the role: As an IT Intern at our Naucalpan plant, you will support IT Operational Excellence by ensuring service continuity and providing timely support to business needs. Job Qualifications Hard Skills: Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure and networking: connectivity, IP addressing, switches, access points, cabling, and initial troubleshooting. Soft Skills: Leadership: takes initiative, follows up on activities, and proposes improvements within scope. Nice to Have Skills: Experience with IT project management or Agile methodologies.
