We are more than 40 Voziers spread across 11 countries, and now we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will take an outbound motion that already works and turn it into a more predictable, scalable, and strategic growth engine.
About the Role
As a Business Development Representative – Outbound & AI, your mission is to elevate Vozy's prospecting standard — transforming outbound into an increasingly efficient, replicable capability aligned with the Enterprise market. You will not only execute; you will think in systems, open complex accounts, and raise the bar for the team around you.
What You'll Do
- Generate SQLs consistently month over month
- Scale and optimize the existing outbound pipeline
- Design industry- and/or territory-specific prospecting strategies
- Open Enterprise accounts by managing multiple stakeholders
- Leverage AI to bring personalization to scale — beyond copywriting
- Elevate team standards through best practices and peer coaching
- Set up meetings or calls between potential clients and account executives
- Report pipeline results to the Business Development Manager (weekly / monthly / quarterly)
What You'll Need
- Proven experience generating pipeline in Enterprise accounts
- Systems mindset — you optimize, not just execute
- High autonomy and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to influence and raise the team's performance bar
- Real, hands-on use of AI in prospecting workflows (not just text generation)
- Excellent English skills — both written and verbal
- Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calling
- Experience with CRM software and prospecting tools (Sales Navigator, Snovio, Hunter, Rocketreach, etc.)
How We Measure Your Impact
- Consistency in SQL generation month over month
- Pipeline quality — ≥80% ICP match
- Net new pipeline generated
