Minimum of 05 years of relevant experience is required.
Job Description:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Perform advanced cytogenetic testing, including FISH and karyotyping procedures, ensuring accurate analysis, interpretation, and reporting of results.
- Process and prepare clinical specimens in accordance with established laboratory protocols and quality standards.
- Maintain quality control, regulatory compliance, and documentation in line with CAP, ISO 15189, JCIA, and institutional requirements.
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment, provide technical guidance to junior staff and trainees, and support audit, SOP development, and quality improvement activities.
