Eligibility / Qualification Required:

In the end, you will build your own capabilities through the job experience, mentoring and training. Your mission will be to create studies of performance loss (on equipment, skills, organization), identifying one or more key projects to achieve the performance targets of the packing lines, establishing methods for solving technical problems, maintenance systematization, implementation of production management tools to the production and work on the installation and startups of new equipments. Your mission will be to make the study and analysis of performance loss (equipment, organization, skills), ensuring smooth communication between different departments (logistics, packing, projects etc.), crafting learning programs for operators and team leader to help them to develop their skills, establishing systematization tools, simplifying process and work standardizing. Internship 2-3 months full time experience.
