PwC Poland’s
Intelligent Process Automation team employs more than 50 people, supporting all aspects of the
automation lifecycle for external clients in Poland and across Central-Eastern and Western Europe. We work with most
RPA platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, NICE, MS PowerAutomate, etc.), helping clients understand a variety of business processes in finance, HR, purchasing, sales, and logistics. Your future role as an
RPA / Low Code / Document Understanding Developer will involve the
automation of business processes leveraging various
IDP tools (mostly Hypatos), using other types of code within automations (JSONata, SQL, etc.), crafting advanced prompts to optimize
Intelligent Document Processing workflows, handling, processing, and analysing large datasets, and infrastructure set up for automation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience with at least one major IDP tool (preferably Hypatos)
- Good knowledge of one of a major RPA Platforms (UiPath, BluePrism, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate)
- Basic experience with programming languages
- Understanding of AI/ML concepts with a strong grasp of prompting (preferably with GPT)
- Previous experience with OCR or document understanding technologies
- Experience with using and integrating APIs
- Problem-solving and analytical skills to optimize workflows and troubleshoot issues
- Business and process analysis skills, including estimation of development timelines
- Proper communication and escalation skills
- Good command of the English, German and Polish languages
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude
Nice to Have:
- Experience with JSONata, Python, JavaScript or other programming languages
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with ERP systems like SAP
- Understanding of Transactional business processes (AP, AR, Order Management, etc.)
- Good command of German
