Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Relevant Field
Human Resource
Minimum 5 years - Exposure to Banking Industry will be preferred
- To design and lead functional strategies of all areas of corporate HR like Recruitment, Learning & Development and HR Analytics
- Stimulate and enable growth of employees to improve their existing performance and future progress
- Establish a business partner approach to build strong relationship with all stakeholders, demonstrate maturity and professionalism
- Give counsel and oversee complex employee relations issues such as grievance and disciplinary cases, ability to manage difficult cases with professionalism
- Able to communicate at all levels in the bank and to support change
- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proven track record of leading teams
