You will work in an open and inclusive team where collaboration and impact are central. As a project leader, you work on large public sector projects, from concept to implementation. You manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve timely and thorough completion of assignments, together with client representatives. As a (Senior) Manager Public Sector, you contribute with your colleagues to the growth of the team and the execution of assignments. You work at the intersection of legal and/or fiscal content (depending on your background or expertise) and project-based transformations. You help public organizations with strategy, design, implementation, and execution of major fiscal and/or legal issues. You address topics that are relevant within the Central Government, such as digitization, information management, recovery operations, and sustainability projects. Advising ministries, implementing organizations, and other public institutions on fiscal or legal strategy, design choices, and implementation.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Curious, eager to learn, and flexible.
- A team player, asks for help when needed, and is open to feedback.
- Completed university master's degree in Dutch law and/or tax law.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in/for the central government.
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations and their impact on policy and implementation.
- Strong analytical skills and accustomed to working project-based and structured.
- Experience with stakeholder management and political/administrative sensitivity.
- Experience with Woo (Wet Open Overheid), AVG, Administrative Law, objection and appeal procedures, and/or process management within the Central Government is a plus.
- Proficient in both Dutch and English, both spoken and written. Our team operates within the Dutch public sector, meaning Dutch is the working language.
