Eligibility / Qualification Required:
You will build skills in the areas of collaboration, communication, priority-setting, and agility. You must be a problem-solver and technical expert, with the ability to identify and lead process improvements while learning new skills and tools. Job Qualifications Qualifications 2+ years of prior administrative/coordinator experience. Analytical expertise and comfort in dealing with large amounts of data and data relationships Strong organizational skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and flow to work as needed; Leadership and ownership of core work, including strong capabilities for making improvements to core work processes and systems as necessary; Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment; A technical aptitude and comfort that allows you to learn additional software applications and troubleshoot; Detail-oriented with high attention to detail, while operating with a sense of urgency, especially on tasks with sensitive timing requirements; Ability to integrate change in a dynamic business environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing conditions or plans; Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. Prior experience with Knime would be an asset Ability to work onsite 2 days per week in Toronto based office.
