Bank AL Habib is seeking detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our ADC Division as Internal Control (Audit & Compliance) - Unit Head. The role involves managing compliance, outsourcing arrangements, and regulatory reporting while ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to SBP guidelines.
Eligibility / Qualification Required:
- Master’s degree required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Compliance or Audit.
- Review and update ADC Division processes, policies, and procedures in coordination with relevant departments.
- Address SBP queries received through the Compliance and Governance Department.
- Coordinate with auditors during Internal and SBP Audits, ensuring timely submission of required documents and resolution of audit exceptions.
- Ensure completion of all prerequisites for onboarding new outsourcing service providers in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee all outsourcing arrangements, including periodic reporting, spot checks, operational risk evaluation, and annual due diligence as per SBP Outsourcing Framework.
- Coordinate with outsourced service providers on KYC and CDD processes.
- Maintain SBP circulars and generate MIS for record and reference.
- Support monthly Credit Card E-CIB data submissions to RRD and attend RRD meetings to address and discuss issues related to E-CIB Reporting.
