As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Experience and Skills:

  • 4-6 years of experience: Demonstrated expertise in workforce planning, talent management, organizational design, or related fields; preferably with consulting, fintech, and startup.
  • Good subject matter knowledge across a range of workforce-related capabilities such as change management/ leadership/ organisation design.
  • Consulting acumen: proven track record of delivering high-quality consulting services, driving value for clients, and exceeding expectations.
  • Demonstrate problem solving skills and the ability to work in complex and dynamic environments.
  • Communication skills: excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills to effectively convey ideas, influence stakeholders and build strong client relationships.
  • Collaboration and participation within a highly diverse and inclusive team.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Google suite.
