About the role Four Seasons Hotel Madrid is looking for an F&B Supervisor to join our El Patio team. He or she will be part of the Food & Beverage Team. We are looking for dedicated professionals to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests. Our F&B Supervisor also provides an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. What you will do: Describe the selection of food & beverage menu items to guests by offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each itemâs, origin, taste, and preparation methods. Communicate guest orders including any special needs or requests to the kitchen. Coordinates food timings; check completed kitchen orders with the guestâs original order; transport items to the guest table in a timely manner to ensure proper food quality. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary meals. What you bring: We are looking for individuals that are highly motivated team players. This role has direct contact with guests and as such good communication skills, as well as an eye for detail are a necessity. Candidates should have previous experience in F&B in a luxury, fast paced environment. This position does require an applicant with a flexible schedule, able to work morning and afternoon shifts, weekends, and holidays. The ability to multi-task is required. Must have the legal right to work in Spain and have fluency in English and Spanish.
