Job Qualifications Are you a student in at least your third year of an engineering program or a recent graduate (up to one year after graduation) in fields such as Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Material Science/Engineering, or a related field such as Production, Product Design Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or Robotic Engineering Strong interest in investigating and implementing new technologies and processes to step change our products and equipment Demonstrate leadership skills with a desire to challenge the established way of doing things through continual improvement and innovation, delighting our consumers Strong self-starter, able to drive real-world projects with your own initiative through to completion Have very strong verbal and written English language skills, Able to travel during the internship Ready for 3-month internship with the possibility of continuing as a Trainee or Engineer in our team?
