This beautiful grade II listed building and former HQ of the Port of London Authority has 100 rooms, 41 residential apartments of which 31 units are in a FS run transient rental program, a stunning ballroom which has hosted the inaugural Reception of the United Nations, 5 meeting rooms, a stunning destination spa with 8 treatment rooms, hammam, steam, sauna and swimming and vitality pool, and a fantastic Food and Beverage offering including Mei Ume (Chinese/ Japanese cuisine) and Rotunda (all day dining, afternoon tea & bar). Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is seeking a Spa Attendant to join our Spa and Wellness team. This is a hands-on cleaning focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys maintaining high standards, working independently, and contributing to a peaceful, welcoming environment. About the Spa The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel London at Tower Bridge is set within the historic footprint of this iconic building. Designed as a sanctuary in the heart of the City, the spa combines elegant spaces, thoughtful treatments, and tranquil facilities dedicated to guest wellbeing. Maintaining a pristine, hygienic environment is central to everything we do. The role As a Spa Attendant, your primary focus is the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of all Spa and Fitness areas. You will play a vital role in ensuring guests experience a calm, immaculate, and comfortable environment throughout their visit. This is a physically active, detail driven cleaning role within a luxury spa setting, supported by a collaborative team. What you will do Clean and maintain all Spa and Fitness facilities to the highest standards, including treatment areas, relaxation spaces, and back of house areas Perform deep cleaning of changing rooms, wet areas, and high touch surfaces Ensure guest amenities, towels, robes, and supplies are consistently stocked and well presented Support Spa Therapists and Reception teams by keeping all spaces guest ready throughout the day Provide polite and professional guest interactions, including basic spa orientation where needed Monitor and promptly report maintenance or safety issues What we are looking for Comfort and confidence in a cleaning focused role Previous experience in cleaning, housekeeping, spa, or wellness environments is an advantage Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards Reliable, organised, and able to work independently Friendly and professional when interacting with guests and colleagues Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays Right to Work in the UK What we offer At Four Seasons, we value the people who care for our spaces and ensure our guestsâ wellbeing.
