Eligibility / Qualification Required:
Scope of Work: Mechanically skilled technicians perform various types of work, such as: · Maintaining and troubleshooting automated equipment included but not limited to autonomous robots responsible for case, layer and/or pallet movements · Performing preventive maintenance and calibrations on equipment · Troubleshooting, monitoring, & improving equipment and systems · Analyzing trends and technical data to gain insights of the equipment and systems, and identify issues proactively · Building technical skills in others Work Hours: Able to work 12-hour shifts, schedules is a 2-2-3 bi-weekly rotation schedule. Job Qualifications Requirements to Apply: · Minimum of a high school diploma/GED & 2-years of technical experience in manufacturing or like industry · Applied mechanical skills in an industrial environment · Should be knowledgeable about different types of machinery and equipment commonly used in manufacturing including various types of engines, pumps, compressors, conveyors, gears, bearings, and other mechanical components. · Strong technical troubleshooting, problem-solving, issue resolution, and root cause analysis for mechanical issues · Interpersonal and teamwork skills Successful completion of a Technical Interview will be required as part of the application process. Upon hire, you will be expected to remain in the ALPS department for at least 18 months before being eligible for roles in alternate departments.
