Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is seeking a Full-Time House Car Driver who shares our passion for exceeding guest expectations and is eager to learn from, and contribute to, our Guest Services Team. About the role: In this position, you will provide professional transportation services while maintaining the house car to exceptional standards and navigating efficiently throughout Toronto. You will also assist with luggage, offer recommendations, and deliver personalized service while upholding luxury hospitality standards. You will welcome guests, assist with front drive operations, and assist Guest Services Attendant as the operation requires. What you will do: Greet all guests, residents, and visitors with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Provide safe, timely, and professional transportation for guests, including but not limited to: Airport transfers, local destinations within the Toronto area, and scheduled experiences and hotel-related activities Ensure a seamless door-to-door luxury experience, including attentive luggage handling. Navigate efficiently using expert knowledge of Toronto streets, traffic patterns, and routes. Communicate clearly with guests regarding travel times and routes. Maintain hotel house car in pristine condition, ensuring cleanliness, fueling, and readiness. Conduct routine inspections and report any maintenance concerns promptly. Prepare vehicles with premium amenities (e.g., bottled water, comfortable climate, curated ambiance). Maintain accurate transportation logs detailing guest trips and service records. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on restaurants, attractions, and local experiences. Assist with directions, taxi arrangements, and general inquiries. Anticipate guest needs, personalize service whenever possible, handle concerns and requests promptly with professionalism and discretion. Assist guests arriving by private car, taxi, or limousine with door service and safe entry/exit. Manage front drive traffic flow, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to hotel policies. When not engaged in driving duties, actively support Guest Services Attendant alongside Valet & Guest Services operations, such as managing parking/luggage tickets and vehicle movements. Uphold Four Seasons standards, policies, and code of conduct. Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. What you will bring: Valid Ontario Class G driverâs license with a clean driving record for up to 5 Years Previous experience in luxury hospitality, chauffeur, or guest services required. Strong knowledge of Toronto and surrounding areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sit and stand for extended periods. Professional appearance and demeanor.
