Eligibility / Qualification Required:

We are working with a leading Tier 1 contractor in Dubai, delivering high-profile projects across the UAE. They are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial aspects from pre-contract to final account
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, variations, and payments
• Monitor project costs, budgets, and cash flow
• Prepare commercial reports and liaise with clients and project teams

Requirements:

• Experience with a Tier 1 or leading contractor in a Senior QS role.
• Background in build or fit out projects
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
• UAE experience required
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
