As a Manager in our Assurance team, you'll work with clients within banking and capital markets, private equity, insurance/reinsurance or consumer products, many of which are well known brands, with global reach. Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Education Level: An internationally recognised accounting designation, such as the CPA, CA, ACA or ACCA.
• Minimum years experience required: A minimum of 5 years (recent) work experience at a public accounting, or equivalent service Organization.
• Examples of skills, knowledge, and experiences required: Analysing and identifying linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system. Taking ownership of projects, ensuring their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Partnering with team leadership to ensure collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Developing skills outside your comfort zone, and encourage others to do the same and effectively mentoring others. Using the review of work as an opportunity to deepen the expertise of team members. Addressing conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
