Eligibility / Qualification Required:

Job Purpose:
To ensure accurate receiving, inspection coordination, storage, identification, and inventory management of fabric rolls in compliance with company SOPs.
Key Responsibilities:

• Check and verify the roll-wise packing list of each fabric delivery from suppliers at the time of unloading.
• Record A-grade and B-grade fabric details after inspection by the QA team.
• Generate barcode stickers for each fabric roll with accurate quantity details upon receiving inspected rolls from QA.
• Ensure proper and accurate pasting of barcode stickers on each fabric roll.
• Supervise and ensure proper stacking of fabric rolls on racks as per defined classification (grade, type, or batch).
• Maintain accurate inventory records by ensuring correct physical stock handling and timely system entry.
• Ensure proper stock transfer (physical & system) to maintain reporting accuracy.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in store or warehouse operations.

Key Skills:

• Inventory control and stock management
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of barcode systems / ERP
• Good coordination with QA and warehouse teams
