The Capital Markets Team at PwC Polska is a group of experts specializing in broad capital markets advisory. Our competencies include supporting clients in preparing for and carrying out debt and equity transactions on capital markets. We are looking for a (Senior) Consultant to join our team.
Your future role:

• Support for the transactional advisory team: Active participation in capital market transactions, including IPO/SPO and debt transactions. Your tasks will include analyzing the form and content of financial disclosures in transactional documentation, such as prospectuses and information memoranda, to ensure their highest quality.
• Comfort letters: You will participate in the execution of agreed-upon work concerning transactional documentation and the preparation of comfort letters, supporting the overall transaction process for efficient execution.
• IPO readiness assessment: Participation in projects assessing companies' readiness to conduct an initial public offering (IPO), where you will co-create operational readiness analysis reports crucial for the success of the stock market debut.
• Interdisciplinary cooperation: Collaboration with specialists from various departments of the company to create an interdisciplinary transactional team that supports our clients at every stage of their preparation for capital market transactions.

Eligibility / Qualification Required:

• Approximately 2-3 years of experience in a consulting firm or related financial-accounting industry (especially welcome experience gained in audit projects, transactional advisory projects, or in the area of accounting and financial reporting).
• Very good teamwork skills and experience in project work.
• Self-reliant and well-organized in your work.
• Knowledge of financial accounting IFRS/IAS.
• Fluent in English.
• Familiarity with new technologies and AI-based tools in daily work (e.g., task automation, information analysis, content preparation).
• Excellent knowledge of Ms Office suite, especially MS Excel.

Desirable:

• Professional qualifications (PIBR, ACCA, CFA) or in the process of obtaining them.
• Experience in auditing financial statements.
