Job Description:

• Develop and implement strategic corporate collaboration plans aligned with the organization's mission, objectives, and fundraising targets.
• Identify, approach, and secure partnerships with corporate organizations, SMEs, and business networks to expand institutional donor engagement.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with existing corporate partners and HNis, ensuring long-term engagement, retention, and growth in contributions.
• Coordinate with corporate stakeholders for employee giving programs, CSR initiatives, cause related marketing, and sponsorship opportunities.
• Set and monitor corporate fundraising targets, ensuring consistent tracking, reporting, and achievement through structured follow-ups.
• Analyze partnership performance, donor trends, and market insights to optimize corporate fundraising strategies and forecast future opportunities.
• Facilitate corporate visits, presentations, and engagement events to showcase organizational impact and strengthen partner relationships.
• Support capacity building by guiding team members on corporate engagement strategies, proposal development and stakeholder management.
• Represent the organization at corporate forums, networking events, and stakeholder meetings to enhance visibility and build strategic alliances.
